Going Solo Can Be Dangerous

Most people get it wrong when they think they can go solo and figure everything out. Many fall into the trap of taking advice from social media influencers or using the latest miracle supplements without truly understanding the fallout.

Some practical examples include:

  • Vitamins Over Consumption: A high dose of vitamin D is prescribed out of the assumption that it improves immunity. The side effects are kidney damage and toxicity, effectively rendering the prescription counterproductive;
  • Fat Burners Misuse: Overly ambitious fitness practitioners who take fat burners to lose weight without modifying their lifestyle experience severe insomnia, increased heart rate, and decreased physical activity;
