My Journey

My journey to becoming a sports nutritionist is not unique, and I believe that it resonates with a majority of you. The many concerns about supplements, figuring out what workouts are suitable for you, and the plethora of evolving advice that flooded the internet made it quite difficult for me. 

I spent years shifting from one diet to another, trying every new supplement on the market only to realize that I was losing money, energy, and time in the process.

I came to realize the sheer volume of misinformation surrounding nutrition and fitness only when I began exploring the scenario in detail. 

Learning and expanding my knowledge further motivated me to turn my passion into a career. Having worked with countless clients over the years has truly been a remarkable experience. Positive and life changing additions to their lives and feeling like a contributing factor.

StrongMenMuscle is the collective of everything I know. My intention behind starting it is to share my experience and skills with everyone, offer them constructive ways to achieve their goals, and help them waste no time or energy on ineffective and harmful methods.

When I start working with a new client, one of the first things I emphasize is that health and fitness are an ongoing process instead of being a milestone. It is important to understand that there is no single approach that will work for everyone.

I created this platform because there is so much that can be done when it comes to fitness and nutrition and going at it solo and achieving everything effectively can become quite daunting. 

There is great deal of noise on the internet from self proclaimed ‘professionals,’ varying opinions, and even products promoting themselves and delivering ingrate results.

With StrongMenMuscle, I intend to clear all confusion. Here, you get simple and reliable advice from someone you can trust. This is my goal whether you wish to get tips on how to book a consultation, supplements, or improve your workouts: to guide you to make choices that actually bring you closer to your goal.
